Just an ideal choice for a brief pit stop in Mount Crested Butte with very good value for money. The staff was polite and helpful when we interacted with them, making our stay pleasant. Consider bringing your own snacks since the restaurant service can be slow.

We had a lovely night here and really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the cozy hot cocoa in our room. The outdoor pool was a fantastic way to relax after a long day. Just a heads-up, we had to wait a bit longer to check in on Friday, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. 😊

The front desk staff was notably friendly, making check-in a pleasant experience. The location provides easy access to a convenient shuttle to lower Crested Butte, enhancing mobility without the hassle of parking. However, housekeeping was inconsistent, with a lack of basic supplies like coffee and missing cleaning services during the stay. Additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms and a barking dog impacted the overall comfort at night.

Couple seeking relaxation
Had a great time enjoying the heated pool! The hot tub was a nice luxurious touch after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it still worked for what we were looking for.

The Grand Lodge Hotel And Suites provided a conducive environment for my work trip. The location was excellent, close to the ski resort and easily accessible to downtown via the free shuttle. The staff was very accommodating in meeting my business needs, ensuring I had a smooth check-in and access to meeting rooms equipped with necessary amenities. The indoor pool and fitness center were perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The room showed signs of wear and could use a refresh.

I had a solid experience at The Grand Lodge Hotel And Suites. The spacious room had great views of the mountains, which made my mornings enjoyable. The amenities were quite good, especially the indoor pool and jacuzzi. They were perfect after a day on the slopes. Shuttle service to the ski lifts was convenient and timely. However, I faced some issues. There was a persistent noise from the elevator maintenance area that really disrupted my sleep. Staff responsiveness was lacking. I tried to address this during my stay but didn’t see much effort from management to remedy the situation. The check-in process was a bit slow, too, which added to my frustration. All in all, while I appreciated the location and amenities, the noise and staff unresponsiveness made my stay less than ideal.

The indoor/outdoor pool offers a unique experience, allowing you to swim in and out while enjoying fresh mountain air. The spacious Standard King Suite provided a lovely view of the surrounding mountains and felt like an excellent home base for skiing adventures.
Sound insulation left much to be desired. you could hear neighboring rooms with ease, including barking dogs and early TV noise. The Murphy bed in our suite didn't maintain well. I scraped my feet more than once on its corners. I also noticed a lack of fundamental kitchen supplies, like salt and dish soap, which made cooking in our kitchenette less convenient than expected.

The hotel has a fantastic location near the slopes and is dog-friendly, which I loved. However, a few drawbacks stood out—my keycard malfunctioned a couple of times, and the common areas were often crowded with rambunctious kids. The room felt a bit dated, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.
